Reflexology is a holistic therapy based on the principal that there are reflex points on the hands and feet that mirror organs and systems.

Flower Essences

Throughout history many cultures have been harnessing the healing power of plants and flowers for their natural health giving properties.

Reiki is a safe, gentle and non-intrusive hands on healing technique that uses universal life force energy.

Welcome to Garden Room Therapies

Based in Broad Oak/Heathfield and within easy reach of Burwash, Etchingham, Stonegate, Ticehurst, Wadhurst, Horam, Five Ashes and Mayfield

Garden room therapies takes a holistic approach to your health and well-being.  My name is Lucy and I support clients with a broad range of both physical and emotional issues, working with reflexology, reiki and flower essences/remedies.  This is combined with sharing some of the knowledge and experience I have gained through practice, research and continued professional development.

These gentle, natural and non invasive therapies can help restore balance and manage long term conditions by encouraging your body to tap into it’s own self healing abilities.  And you don’t need to have any specific issues either as reflexology and reiki are both deeply relaxing, can reduce tension and ease anxiety, so very beneficial as part of your self care routine.  My aim is that each treatment provides a mini retreat to relax and nurture your body and mind, leaving you replenished and revitalised.

Areas of special interest to me are Womens health, fertility and hormonal imbalances - stress and anxiety - supporting people through serious illness (I have over 6 years experience with this, volunteering as a reflexologist at a local charity).

I work flexible hours from my therapy room in Broad Oak with off street parking.  Please enquire if you would like more information or for an informal chat to see if I can help you.
