Facial Reflexology Bergman Method
What is Facial Reflexology?
Facial Reflexology is fantastic treatment to reduce stress and boost your health and wellbeing. It is based on the same theory as foot reflexology only it focuses on reflex (pressure points) located on the face which correspond to different organs and systems of the body. Using a specialised technique these points stimulate the body’s own healing response by improving circulation, nerve conduction and encouraging the release of toxins via the lymphatic system. The award winning Bergman Method was developed over 20 years ago and is based on zone therapy. Zone therapy was created by Dr William Fitzgerald after studying Native Americans who used pressure point therapy for pain relief. Fitzgerald charted ten energy zones, starting at the crown of the head and travelling down to the fingers and toes. Zone Therapy uses the entire body including the face.

What happens during a Facial Reflexology Treatment?
After consultation, I will open the treatment session with a luxurious hot towel cleanse using natural products from Neils Yard - Wild Rose Beauty Balm or Frankinsense Facial Wash. During the treatment you will be lying on a memory foam padded couch and I will use Zone Fact Lift Elixir, which has been formulated especially for facial reflexology by Ziggy Bergman. The elixir harnesses the magical and medicinal properties of Native American sacred plants and is infused with an amethyst crystal to promote calm, balance and peace. The formulation of therapeutic botanicals smudge your aura for protection as well as renewing the skin and lifting your spirits.
The treatment lasts about 45 minutes, then we can discuss any findings and I can advise on any self care tips for you to do at home.
for the ultimate in relaxation, why not combine with foot reflexology!
